Appointment Arrival Policy
Please arrive promptly for your appointment. As the salon operates with a secure door-locking system, I kindly ask that you wait outside until I am ready to welcome you in.
Punctuality is very important to ensure a smooth schedule for all clients. If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened so that I can remain on schedule. Out of consideration for both my time and that of other clients, please make every effort to arrive on time.
Late arrivals will be charged the full treatment price; however, the full treatment duration cannot be guaranteed.
Booking an Appointment
To ensure appointments run smoothly, I kindly ask that you do not arrive in person to make a booking. As I work alone and operate a door-locking system during treatments, I may be unable to answer the door.
