After Care Advice .....
- Apply hand and foot cream regularly and use a richer hand cream during winter.
- Apply oil onto the nails and cuticles at least twice a day with an appropriate oil
- to help condition cuticles.
- Rubber gloves should be worn as water and detergents will weaken the nails
- and have a drying effect on the skin and they will prolong the life of your
- varnish
- Drink plenty of water as this helps strengthen the nails and hydrates the skin
- and is essential part of maintaining a healthy body (Recommended 6-8 glasses
- per day)
- Eat a healthy, balanced diet – Include at least 5 portions of fruit and
- vegetables
- Allow adequate time after your manicure and pedicure for your nails to dry before leaving the salon.
- Massage cuticle with oil
- Use non-acetone varnish remover
- Use a base coat to protect nails and prevent them from becoming stained.
- Having regular manicures and pedicures will help maintain healthy looking nails.
